Who we are
The controller of the personal information you give on privatehealthreview.co.uk is Vizion Insurance Brokers Limited, an FCA-authorised health insurance broker (FCA number 751098), registered in England and Wales, company number 10185224, of Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AT. We call them "Vizion", "we" or "us" in this policy.
The website is run on Vizion's behalf by Unpick Ltd, trading as Private Health Review, company number 16080772, registered office 11 Forest Gate, Pewsham, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3RS. Unpick Ltd only handles your information to operate the site and pass your request to Vizion, and does not use it for anything else.
Contact us about anything in this policy at matt@vibl.co.uk. Vizion's main privacy notice, which also applies once you become a client, is at www.vizionbrokers.com/privacy-policy.
What happens to your request
Private Health Review is not an insurer and does not give advice on its own. When you request a review, your answers and contact details go to Vizion, and an adviser from Vizion contacts you to talk through your cover. Any advice comes from Vizion under its FCA authorisation.
The information we collect
Information you give us in the review form
- Your first name, last name, date of birth, postcode, mobile number and email address.
- Your answers about your cover: who is covered, your current insurer, your renewal date range, roughly what you pay each month, and for international cover where you live, where you want to be covered and what cover you have now.
- Your answer to whether you have claimed on your health insurance in the last two years.
- A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, its version and the date and time (UTC).
If you live outside the UK and choose to leave your email on our international page, we collect only your email address and a record of your consent to hear from us.
Information collected automatically
- The page you submitted the form on, and any campaign information in the link you followed (UTM parameters and Meta's click identifier, fbclid).
- Your IP address, used for a short time to stop spam and abuse of the form.
- If you accept non-essential cookies, Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc). See our cookie policy.
Health information
Your answer about past claims can reveal that you, or someone on your policy, has had medical treatment. We treat this as health data, which is special category data under UK GDPR. We only collect and share it with your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You do not have to give it, but without it we cannot take your request.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
| What we do | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Use your contact details and answers so an adviser at Vizion can contact you by phone, email or SMS about your review. | Your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, for health data, your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)). |
| Keep a record of your consent and of the introduction we made. | Legal obligation and our legitimate interest in being able to show we acted lawfully (Article 6(1)(c) and (f)). |
| Protect the form against spam and abuse, including rate limiting by IP address. | Our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)). |
| Measure which adverts lead to review requests, using the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. | Your consent, given through our cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) and PECR). We only do this if you click Accept. |
| Email you about whether we can help people outside the UK (non-UK residents who leave an email only). | Your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). |
The consent you give on our form
The wording you agree to (version phr-consent-2026-10-04b) is:
I agree that my details, including my answers about past health insurance claims, will be passed to Vizion Insurance Brokers Limited (FCA 751098), who will contact me by phone, email or SMS about my review. See the privacy policy.
For non-UK residents leaving an email (version phr-nonuk-2026-10-04):
Email me if Private Health Review can help people outside the UK in future. I can unsubscribe at any time.
The broker who will contact you
Your request goes only to the broker below. If you go on to take advice or buy a policy, Vizion's main privacy notice applies.
| Broker | FCA number | Website |
|---|---|---|
| Vizion Insurance Brokers Limited | 751098 | https://www.vizionbrokers.com |
Who else handles your information
We use these service providers, who process information on our behalf:
- Unpick Ltd, which runs this website for Vizion.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and runs the code that receives your form.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel), the customer relationship system where your request is stored and from which we contact you by email and SMS.
- Meta Platforms, only if you accept non-essential cookies. Meta receives your cookie identifiers and, through the Conversions API, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and mobile number so it can match the request to an advert. We never send Meta your answers about your insurance or claims.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to any other broker or company for marketing.
International transfers
Some of these providers store or access information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we keep your information for 12 months from the date you submit the form, then delete it. Records of consent are kept for the same period. If you become a client, Vizion keeps your information for as long as its main privacy notice says, for example to meet FCA record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it, or to delete it;
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- ask for your information in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email matt@vibl.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We will update this page if anything changes.
